Permanent Adhesion, Aging Resistance.
The 360° swivel mist spray nozzle enables user-friendly operation, delivers uniform spray distribution, and achieves to save compared to conventional adhesive.
The mist-spray adhesive application produces fine, uniform particles that prevent clogging of the formwork liner's breathable pores.
It features strong adhesiveness and fast sticking ability, which can meet the requirements of the spray-and-stick process.
It can withstand high temperatures of 80°C and low temperatures of -30°C.
It has passed SGS quality testing and is free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde, freon, and aromatic hydrocarbons.
1. Main application field: Primarily used in engineering and construction scenarios.
2. Specific use in formwork liner bonding: Suitable for bonding formwork liners, as its fine mist particles prevent clogging of the liner's breathable pores, meeting the requirements of the spray-and-stick process.
3. Adaptive to various bonding needs: With strong adhesiveness, fast sticking ability, and resistance to high (80°C) and low (-30°C) temperatures, it can be applied in bonding tasks requiring durable and reliable adhesion within its operational conditions.
Ensure the spraying surface is free of contaminants, and operate only when it is dry and free of oil or water residues.
Shake the formwork liner adhesive thoroughly before use and agitate frequently during application. Operate at 15-40°C for optimal performance.
Maintain a spraying distance of approximately 20-30 cm (8-12 inches) between the nozzle and the target surface. Adjust as needed based on specific application requirements.
Press the nozzle, then move back and forth evenly at a constant speed several times; ensure the adhesive is applied uniformly for better spraying results.
Let the sprayed surface air dry for 1–5 minutes; bond when it is semi-dry to the touch but still highly adhesive. Roll the bonded material from one side to the other, then press evenly with a glue stick or wooden rod. It can be used after 30–60 minutes and reaches optimal performance after 6 hours.
After spraying, invert the canister and press the nozzle until a small amount of adhesive is expelled to prevent the nozzle valve from clogging during next use.
