The PE Adhesive Film is made of PE as the base material with double-sided ceramic nanomaterials coated on it. The main specifications include thicknesses of 12/14/16μm. It helps reduce the risk of internal short circuits caused by lithium dendrite penetration, improves battery production yield, and offers enhanced performance in battery safety testing. This product can be used for battery separator, oil-absorbent membrane, greenhouse film and silage wrap. During use, the product needs to be fixed through the battery slot for isolation.
POE Adhesive Film is primarily manufactured by processing Polyolefin Elastomer (POE) through the following process: Hot Melt – Casting/Calendering – Cooling & Forming. The thickness is between 0.4 and 1.0mm. This product features soft touch, excellent elasticity, and enhanced yellowing resistance. This product can be used for photovoltaic(PV) and some other fildes.
