This product is made by coating polyethylene on an aromatic polyamide fiber substrate, with standard specs of 16μm thickness × 1000m/roll (customizable). It has excellent mechanical properties, thermal stability (usable at 220°C), flame retardancy, chemical corrosion resistance, and good electrical insulation. Suitable for high-safety, high-energy-density batteries, it's used in power, 3C consumer, solid-state, lithium-ion, energy storage, and pouch batteries to prevent electrolyte leakage and protect components. Made with m-Aramid coating and PE base film, it needs hermetic transport, low humidity (<20% RH) for use, and resealing if unused over 4 hours.
